Week of June 4, 2017

In your daily devotions this week pray for the Church of Northeast India; and the Church of the Holy Spirit in Bellmawr, Lebanon and Tuckerton; the members and ministry of the Clergy Continuing Education and Formation Committee; Frank Castellon, Carolsue Cumings, James Gowland, Karen Jaenke, Lewis Mccrum, Sharon Sutton and Richard Wisniewski, deacons of our diocese; Peter Cornell, Archdeacon of our diocese; and Henry Atkins, Jr., Ryan Boyce, David Snyder, Patrick Close, Terrence O'Connor, Charles Arlin and Anthony Puca, Jr., priests of our diocese.

The Flowers on the Altar are given to the greater glory of God and in loving memory of Hugh and Ethel Montgomery, grandparents of Derry Buzby; Jim Montgomery, uncle of Derry Buzby; and Christian and Robert Seaman, son and husband of Gisela Seaman.

June Food Drive - Suggested donations for June include beef stew, ravioli, chili, tuna and other canned meat and vegetables. As always, other items are also welcome. Thank you very much for your continued support of our food drive for the people served by the Christian Caring Center.

Caps & Laps is selling a homemade herb dip to benefit Vacation Bible School. Each dip sells for $3 and comes with the herbs and instructions. An envelope is provided for the donation on the long table.

Thank you to all who are sharing their language talents this weekend to help us celebrate the Day of Pentecost. Reading at the Saturday service are: Sue Crawford (Latin), Edie Green (Spanish), and Barbara Dane (French). Reading at the Sunday, 10:15am service are: Mike Orlando (Latin), Tiffany Myers, John Colaianni, and Anita Beard (French), Enrique Dominguez (Spanish), Ken Carpinelli (German), and Elizabeth Adler (Italian).

Baccalaureate Sunday will be observed at the 10:15 a.m. service on Sunday, June 11. Please contact the office as soon as possible with the names of any graduates, 8th grade and up including graduate school. All names received will be listed in the bulletin. Thank you.

J2A class and older high school kids...please make every attempt to attend the 10:15 service. You are needed to participate in the Rite 13 Celebration. Thank you!
