In your daily devotions this week pray for the Church of Ruvuma, Tanzania; the members and ministry of the School for Deacons; the members and ministry of the Global Goals Task Force and Hugh Brown, priest of our diocese.

The Flowers on the Altar are given to the greater glory of God and in loving memory of Paul Lusk, father of Dave Lusk; Donald Nealis, husband of Josie Nealis; and Lawrence and Mary Stone, parents of Susan O'Brien.

ShopRite Cards continue to be available for sale after all services, in the usual denominations of $20.00, $50.00 & $100.00. Thank you to all who now support or will support our major fundraiser to benefit the 400 students of Redemption School in Gonaives, Haiti. Remember: Each time you purchase a card, St. Peter's receives 5% of the card's value, at no cost to you.

September Food Drive - Suggested donations for September include pasta, pasta sauce, and canned pasta (spaghetti, spaghetti-o's, ravioli, lasagna). As always, other items are also welcome. Thank you very much for your continued support of our food drive for the people served by the Christian Caring Center.

We are in need of a few gently used clean dish towels for St. Paul's in Camden. Please bring them to the office. Thank you.

The Protestant Community Church invites all interested persons to share our International Day of Peace, "Loving our Neighbor" event, at 5 PM Sept. 24, followed by a vegetarian meal. Please join us at an interfaith, facilitated, round table discussion. These facilitated discussions will focus on our similarities, differences, and unique traditions of our different faiths. It will give us time to reflect on how we grow in our own faiths, and most important how can we grow as loving neighbors to each other. To register or for more information please call Kathy Roberts at 609 744- 9979. Teens may register for a table with others of the same age.
