Holy Eucharist in our Church

Holy Eucharist in contemporary English, following Rite II in the Book of Common Prayer, with scripture, sermon, prayers, communion.  This service follows Sunday's Scripture readings.  There is no music at this service.  On the first Saturday of the month, following worship, the congregation goes to Medport Diner.

Holy Eucharist in traditional language ("thee" and "thou"), following Rite I in the Book of Common Prayer with scripture, sermon, prayers, communion.  This service has no music.  After worship, the congregation gathers in Williams Hall for coffee.

Holy Eucharist in our church

Holy Eucharist in contemporary English, following Rite II in the Book of Common Prayer, with scripture, sermon, prayers, communion, and music led by our choir.  The third Sunday is often a children's service with a presentation by a Sunday school class.  During this service, our nursery offers care for infants and toddlers, and a Children's Chapel is offered in our chapel for ages preschool-Grade 2 (children join their parents in church before communion).

Healing Eucharist: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

Lay-led Healing Service: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of the month.

A service of Scripture readings and prayers that concludes with the laying on of hands for healing.

Advent, Lent, Holy Days

We say Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer in our chapel during the week in the seasons of Advent and Lent.  In Advent, we say Morning Prayer at 9:00 AM and Evening Prayer at 7:00 PM in our chapel, Monday through Friday.  In Lent, we say Morning Prayer Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM, and Evening Prayer Monday through Thursday at 7:00 PM, in our chapel.  On Fridays in Lent, we say Stations of the Cross in our church at 7:00 PM.  We also have some special services during Holy Days; check our event page to see whether one of these is coming up.
